Description

HeLa cells stably expressing BAC-encoded GFP-labeled snRNP protein U1-70K lacking the RNA-binding residues 1-197 and imaged witb a PicoQuant MicroTime 200 confocal microscope using an Olympus 60x 1.2NA water immersion objective lens. The delta-1-197U1-70K is partially accumulated in splicing factor compartments and Cajal Bodies (bright dots). From Fig 2B in Huranova et al. 2010 J Cell Biol 191:75-86.
